Lecture on the production process and features of Beta-Glucan from Leiber GmbH

Core invited Mr. Eike Hagemann (Business Unit Director Health@ Functional Food) from Leiber GmbH, Germany to describe and discuss the production process and features of Beta-Glucan from Brewer’s Yeast in enhancing the immune function of white blood cells and its benefits for the body strength. The lecturers performed to Doctoral students of The Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Department of Tropical Nutrition and Food Science, Mahidol University, Phyathai.
